I first opened these pages in Finnish to write a blog. In my blog, I deal with topics from well-being to interior design and painting to the human mind. I am particularly fascinated by personal change.
Painting has became a big part of my life by surprise. It kept me awake and insisted me to start painting. Earlier I didn’t have a clue of this side of me.
I also enjoy photogrpahing, especially in nature. I do my yoga practice in the mornings before the rest of the family wakes up. Outdoors is a big part of my life; cross-country skiing, downhill skiing, hiking, biking and now, most recently, walking with our dog, Finnish lapphund, Halla. She is now 1 year old.
I’m lucky to live in a place where all my passions are possible to reach in just a few minutes. We built our dream home, a beautiful modern log house to Ruka, Northern Finland where nature, all the four seasons and buzzling international ski center give their best.
Most of all, I draw strength, peace, and inspiration from nature. Even though I am social and like to bustle with people, I am still sensitive both externally and internally.
